What type of shoes should I race in for cross country meets?
Oh and should I go a half-size up?
I don’t want a specific brand necessarily. Question: spikes or flats? Why? I’ve been running cross country for two years (high school) and I still have no idea. My races are the usual – hills, grass, occasional river, trails, etc. Help?
The newest trend is simply barefoot.
