SPD als lernende Organisation $42.31 Hauptbeschreibung Die Arbeit beschftigt sich mit der Frage der Personal und Organisationsentwicklung in Parteien. Beispielhaft an der Sozialdemokartischen Partei Deutschlands wird geprft, ob Parteien als Lernende Organisation betrachtet werden knnen. Dazu hat der Autor konkrete Weiterbildungsprojekte der Partei untersucht und in den theoretischen Zusammenhang der Lernenden Organisation und der systemischen Organisationstheorie gestellt. Ausgehend von einer tief greifenden Modernisierungskrise der Parteien werden die Lsungs- und Anpassungsmglichkeiten einer kritischen Analyse unterworfen. Gleichzeitig werden exemplarisch die durch die Praxis entwickelten Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungsmanahmen dargestellt und knnen beispielhaft auch fr viele anderen Non-Profit-Organisationen interessant sein. Insbesondere wird auf die Schwierigkeit Personalentwicklungsmanahmen in der Organisation “politische Partei” fr den hauptamtlichen und den ehrenamtlichen Bereich zu entwickeln, eingegangen. Eine weitere Schwierigkeit ist, dass die Besetzung von Leitungspositionen immer einer demokratischen Willensbildung unterliegt und diese hufig nicht danach ausgerichtet wird, welche Qualifikationen der Bewerber mitbringt, sondern wer am besten die Fden spinnen kann und in der Lage ist, sich Mehrheiten zu suchen. Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung in Parteien wird ein wichtiger Faktor fr das berleben einer politischen Partei sein und daher sollten die Entscheidungstrger in diesen Organisationen darauf achten, die Instrumente einer lernen Organisation zu beherrschen. Ziel dieser gesamten Instrumente sollen notwendige Vernderungsmanahmen sein, welche fr eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Organisation sorgen soll.
